By the time her TV weather forecast wraps up, Lily Kwan has taken it all off. It's just one segment of Naked News, a Toronto-based show where the on-air talent seductively disrobes while reading the day's headlines. "The news is generally depressing—hurricanes, bombing, tsunamis, people dying," says David Warga, the show's executive producer. "We at least try to package it all in a pleasing format."
