Miniature Pony
This little fish is a pygmy seahorse. These seahorses only grow to about 2 centimeters (less than an inch). The pygmy seahorse's color helps it match the coral it lives around.

Look closely. Do you see the leafy sea dragon? The skin growing off its body is camouflage, making the animal look like a piece of seaweed. Sea dragons are related to seahorses.

Tricky Tail
Like some monkeys, seahorses have prehensile tails. The tails can grab and curl around things. This seahorse's tail is holding onto coral so that the fish isn't swept away by waves or currents.
