Tyrannosaurus Rex
By Emily B. | Grade 5

Scientists were shocked by the bone-shaking discovery of Sue, the Tyrannosaurus rex. Sue was named for the woman who discovered her, Sue Hendrickson. She was found in Hell Creek, South Dakota. The reason this dino is so famous is because she is the largest and most complete T. rex ever found, with over 200 bones. She stands 42 feet from head to tail. Scientists are still not sure if Sue is a she or a he, but someday I am sure we will find out.
